The GOP--the party of the confederate south, Jim Crowe laws, and slave plantations--will never allow a black man to flee the plantation. Karl Rove's attacks on Herman Cain and their swift-boating of the Hermanator are proof of this undeniable fact. You can blame Nixon's "Southern strategy" for this.
Which makes Allen West's unhinged, shrill, bug-eyed rantings even more ironic.

I live in Florida and have family and friends here from both sides of the aisle.
We do NOT want this kind of inflammatory rhetoric from any of the parties.
The people of Florida wants a party that really does believe in what is best for the United States and every state. We are now fed up with this campaigning that tries to disturb and conquer.... that is the kind of tactic you would expect from a Insurance company or a home security salesman.
Maybe Allen West should talk to Floridians who want to see our politicians working together for America and NOT trying to feed their own partisan nest with this kind of over the top radical speech. We are NOT Iran buut our politicians seem to think that we should be ruled by fear and lies just as Iranians etc are ruled and kept in place.

You know what is funny about his speech is that West is a former Military man and complains about "Socialism" when most of the Military is basically a "Socialistic" organization.
Does he complain about his VA benefits?
Does he complain about his VA healthcare?
All on the taxpayer's dime yet funny how he wants "leftism" to "get the Hell out of America".
