"Loretta Robinson, of South Carolina, was crushed when she received the news that her son was killed by a drunken driver. But that was not the end of her suffering.
Not long after the tragic accident, she was issued a bill for the cost of cleaning up her son’s blood from the road."
As for the bills, this is what civil court is for. Likely the illegal alien will be unable to pay but the mother should be able to sue her for those accident related charges just the same, IMO, including the funeral expenses.
Just another American killed by one of the Bush-Obama beloved illegals. It's pathetic that they're billing the mother, inhumane but that's how the government views the American people.
She was not obligated to pay a dime. Her deceased son was past the age of majority and therefore the mother had no responsibility to pay any of the costs associated with the accident. The state should have billed the deceased estate.

IMO, they should bill the one responsible for the accident, not the deceased.

That's not the point. Imagine this poor woman receiving this bill in the mail.

Hm. How about saying "One of the reason we pay taxes is to pay the professionals whose gruesome job it is to deal with remains on the freeway"?
