Two American brothers of a Mexican casino magnate who fled drug and fraud charges in the United States and has been seeking a pardon enabling him to return have emerged as major fund-raisers and donors for President Obama’s re-election campaign.
A State Department cable in 2009 said he was suspected of orchestrating the assassination of a business rival and making illegal campaign donations to Mexican officials.
Later in the day, the campaign said it was refunding the money raised by the family, which totaled more than $200,000.
This seems to fit right in to Chicago style politics, so no surprise there.
I'm shocked, just shocked NO ONE checked these guys out.
When The New York Times asked the Obama campaign early Monday about the Cardonas, officials said they were unaware of the brother in Mexico. Later in the day, the campaign said it was refunding the money raised by the family, which totaled more than $200,000.
Happens all the time. Should we really go through all of Romneys donors?
Sure! let's go through Romneys but let's get through more of BO's, first.
In fact, let's memory trip. Oh, it was EARLY 2008 and Drudgerereport.com put up one of his many links which was titled very close to "FBI investigates Obama Campaign for Illegal Online Contributions."
The little story about it said that his campaign had contributions from all over the world. Already suspecting this relatively unknown man was a Communist, THAT got my radar up. I remember thinking something like, "Yeah, I bet....Communist nations have made lots of donations to him."
This was of course before any of us had a clue that he would beat hillary for their party's nomination. It was hushed! It had to have been....nary another word and this headline and story was very intriguing sounding.

I know you will ALWAYS believe everything obama dishes out...but I don't think this kind of thing happens all the time.
