Those are mainstream estimates, not from Code Pink or Michael Moore.
The sanctions were to stop Saddam from buying weapons and not to make the Iraq citizens suffer, that's why food for oil program was set up (so the citizens would get food & medicine) but, Saddam had deals cut with everyone except the US and was using all the money to try and fulfill his dream rebuilding Babylon.

Now for the civilian deaths from violence from 2003-2011 (from Iraqbodycount.org):

Total - 114,573

Total number of civilian deaths from coalition led forces - 14,718

That's a lot of deaths but, the numbers you're throwing out are ridiculous.

Hopeless! Those people are so brain-washed by the Israeli propaganda machine that they are no longer capable of using reason or logic.

"Between the U.S. killing a million people next door in Iraq (and untold numbers in Afghanistan), both countries neighboring Iran, and Israel killing innocent Palestinians (the last large scale massacre was 2006) I find it laughable that nutcases keep shrieking about the "threat" Iran poses."

I'm surprised people actually believe something from obviously biased sources.

The Iranian regime is a vile, trouble-making, amoral , terrorist regime.
The radical regime that controls Iran is a cancer in the Middle East. It props up the most terrorist, anti-peace forces in the area. From Assad to Hamas to Hezbullah to Al Sadr. Until that tumor is removed there can be no peace. Just the thought that maniacs such as these may attain nuclear weaponization is horrifying.
How does he feel about Lutherans and pot luck dinners?

UN Report documenting the IDF killed 313 Palestinian children in one Month "alone" during their Gaza assault in retaliation for make shift scrap metal rocket attacks that killed 8 Israelis over the course of two years. IDF also intentionally targeted civilians and used Palestinians as human shields.

United Nations Fact Finding Mission on the Gaza conflict

Says who? Clearly if the local stormfronters can claim attacks on Israelis are false flag....certainly the attacks on Iranian scientists are false flag to maintain popular support in the face of sanctions.

Funny how the logic works. Attacks on Israel, always false flag. Attacks on Iran....always Israel. Suspicious viewpoint.

Ah yes, the sanctions that kept them from getting food and medicine....still allowed them to buy military equipment and so forth.

The invasion and civil war deaths I certainly agree with....but the sanctions deaths are BS unless you are horribly biased. Funny, I never hear you ***** about the dead in Kuwait?
