Those are mainstream estimates, not from Code Pink or Michael Moore.
The sanctions were to stop Saddam from buying weapons and not to make the Iraq citizens suffer, that's why food for oil program was set up (so the citizens would get food & medicine) but, Saddam had deals cut with everyone except the US and was using all the money to try and fulfill his dream rebuilding Babylon.
Now for the civilian deaths from violence from 2003-2011 (from Iraqbodycount.org):
Total - 114,573
Total number of civilian deaths from coalition led forces - 14,718
That's a lot of deaths but, the numbers you're throwing out are ridiculous.

The Iranian regime is a vile, trouble-making, amoral , terrorist regime. The radical regime that controls Iran is a cancer in the Middle East. IDF also intentionally targeted civilians and used Palestinians as human shields.

The invasion and civil war deaths I certainly agree with....but the sanctions deaths are BS unless you are horribly biased. Funny, I never hear you ***** about the dead in Kuwait?
