Most doctors will not give a childless woman an IUD; the cervix has not been opened and it's very difficult and painful to insert.

The arguement is not whether it's available to anyone, it available cheaply and free to many already.

The arguement is why should it be free and why should I pay for it ?

Of course never mind that birth control is cheaper than paying for the abortion, or delivering a child which is perhaps why it the insurance companies aren't the one's jumping up and down about this regulation just a bunch of old so-called celibate (except when they are buggering little boys) and a bunch of constitution loving phonies and opportunist.
Not paying for YOUR birth control is no cheaper than NOT paying for YOUR abortion or NOT paying for YOUR child delivery or NOT paying for YOUR welfare. You liberals just don't seem to get it, you aren't owed squat. Just because someone doesn't want to pay for X for you does not mean that you should have Y paid. Grow up, pay your own way and stop being a leech on society.

liberal are always are playing to poor me card, to get what they want. this should be the last straw. they don't want the government telling them what they can and can't do with their bodies, but the want free bc. this should be a trade of you get birth control for free. then the government can tell them what they can and can't do with their bodies. liberal should not be allowed to have both ways one or the other!!

Countless health benefits to sex.
And abstaining from recreational sex reduces your chance of STD's. Imagine that health benefit! (Don't even need an article from "Cosmo" to confirm this!)

Not if you use a condom, which is far more likely to prevent the spread of a STD, then it is to prevent pregnancy.

The stipulation was made that people simply shouldn't have sex, to avoid pregnancy. The benefits outweigh the risk, especially for those who are married, which is the example I gave and was told "they should just abstain".

As you know, or should know, many women take birth control for other health reasons, not just to prevent pregnancy.
