I'd agree with the bolded but to blame women is ridiculous. Your average women is going to do a better job raising a family but I don't think that should preclude them from the workspace. Every family needs to choose what is right for them and in a lot of cases a two income household is necessary. For a one income household who is going to be the bread winner and who is going to raise the family should be worked out before you have kids. If I had been able to find the right woman with a large earning potential when I was younger I would have gladly accepted the the household duties.
