Nope. Unfortunately this time you are wrong.

I would know. I was the OP

Maybe the headline is new but not the fact it was debunked. It's "buried" because the thread died.

I suspected it was a hoax early in the thread you are referencing. Then we made fun of the OP for being such a sucker.

And yeah, the receipt looked *badly* photoshopped.

I thought it was real at first. But I've never used Photoshop... as most people haven't.

Plus, I didn't apply my basic rule, stated in the OP.

Oops.

A tip is probably not the best use of protest, but the bottom line is that te "rich" are people too, and believe it or not they know how to be resentful as well.

Blame your President for the mentality we're seeing in America.

I don't begrudge this guy at all.
Nothing new here. Obama's church leader Reverend Wright expressed the same message with the rich whites as the oppressors and the devils.

The banker deserves a little surprise hidden in his food is what I think.

Here's a question though. Restaurant servers are held accountable for their work by people witholding their pay........why shouldn't bankers that caused the financial meltdown be held accountable in the same way?

This is funny!
The story was proven to be a hoax,

Where's the praise for the banker now that we find out that he/she left 22%, above the normal 15%.
