Having lived in Illinois, I had heard of him. I actually met him; he came to the Champaign County, IL courthouse one time, shortly before his death. People are badly misjudging him if they think he was some sort of a communist.
Wow.. Adobe Certified Instructor here. (I run a technical training business). I can name 10 ways a layer can get introduced in to a file-- It doesn't prove anything about a document being falsified or not falsified. There is also no way to prove when and where the layer was introduced.
People lose credibility when they go on and on about things they know nothing about.
Bull ... if you were an adobe expert then you would agree that the pdf file "birth certificate" has been manipulated and the information changed.
