When behavior is rewarded it will continue. Reward the good behavior, ignore the bad. I learned that in dog training, works for people too.

I disagree, there's no excuse for racism coming from anybody. I would just as quickly put another fellow black person in check for saying or doing something racist as I would a white person because I'd expect the same of a white person.

People will always be racist the world over. It is not just a White/black thing here in the U.S. Racism has always been there and it is world wide.
My prediction: In 20 years someone will post a thread on a forum somewhere about racism. It will never stop.
