Even if Obama had been born in Kenya, his mother was American and so he had citizenship from birth. For Romney fans: might I remind you his dad George ran for Prez and there was quite a lot of controversy at the time cause George was born in Mexico and people questioned whether he could be Prez. Apparently, yes George could have (if Richard Nixon hadn't gotten in the way). And of course Barry Goldwater was born in a territory that wasn't then a part of the United States. And of course John McCain was born in Panama - but all (like Barack Obama) had an American parent, so that's OK.

You birthers are, frankly, the worst sore losers in the history of sore losing.

One of the arguments put forth by those saying Obama is not a "natural born citizen" is that, under the laws in effect at the time of his birth, his mother was too young to have conferred her own citizenship on him. That law has since been changed.

You simply have no idea what you are talking about. But of course, that's what Sheriff Joe is counting on.

Obama will be re-elected, he will hopefully be more brazen in his goals in the second term and he will continue to help the Country.

I relish in the notion that YOUR grandchildren and great Grandchildren will write reports in school about President Obama and his accomplishments. Maybe their elementary school will be called Barack Obama Elementary. OHH My, that will really infuriate the Right!!!!! I can't wait.
Poll: 46% Doubt Obama’s Eligibility (http://www.usanewsfirst.com/2012/03/19/poll-46-say-obama-could-be-ineligible/ - broken link)

Over 140 million Americans either believe Barack Obama is ineligible or doubt Obama is eligible, a WND/Wenzell poll found. The scientific telephone survey poll was taken March 10-13, 2012 and has a margin of error of 3.72 percentage points

this is correct:

"For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen, is required for physical presence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.)"

Acquisition of U.S. Citizenship by a Child Born Abroad

but as we've seen there is zero evidence in favor of a kenyan birth.

On October 20, 2011, New Jersey attorney Leo Donofrio accused online legal research behemoth Justia.com of surgically redacting important information from their publication of 25 U.S. Supreme Court opinions which cite Minor v. Happersett, an 1874 decision which arguably contains language that appears to disqualify anyone from presidential eligibility who wasn't born in the country to parents who were citizens. According to the decision in Happersett:

At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. (Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162, 167 [1874])
