I visited Germany many times and noticed a large black population, as well as Turks, Afghans, Arabs, etc. These people arrived mostly in recent years. If German society is racist and has racist laws, why go there?

Funny thing is .. If they were doing a profile case in my area .. for drug dealing, car-jacking, a black on black killing .. I would fit their profile!

I used to live in Germany for 6 years. Germans are way too tolerant of foreigners that don't contribute to their society. They are so paralyzed by their history that they purposely pursue polices that aren't in their own self interests. I'm actually surprised that the judge even made such a common sense ruling. Of course, a person's skin color should be a factor when trying to profile for illegal aliens. Now if only America could have such sensible polices.
