Reason and logic will not solve this case. Only facts will.
Huh?

Not exiting his vehicle=not running into Trayvon, who later dies as a result of that "run-in".

I'm hoping for the latter.

Exactly right. This incident was a golden nugget re-told by the Mainstream Media to get viewers fired up on either side of the issue and glued to their tvs but at the end of the day injustice will still permeate throughout American Police Departments and Judicial systems. The root of the incident and others like it will not be addressed.

There are a lot of fantasy facts floating around.

I say give the guy a medal. Looks like a jury will decide.

Obviously, but if you had read the posts between those two posters you would have understood what I was saying.

Basically, no one is 100% sure what exactly happened. There are a lot of posters quoting things as facts that is impossible to know unless you were an eyewitnesses or a detective on the case.

I'm sure Z's defense team will be saying a lot of stuff that people will be scratching their heads on.

He better do that year in solitary or he won't last a week.

With the witnesses that came forward as soon as the cops showed up, the cops decided there wasn't enough evidence of Zimmerman committing a crime, to even arrest the man, much less charge him with anything.

Nonetheless, the case has been so amazingly politicized , distorted, and lied about, that I would now like to see Zimmerman brought to trial and ALL the evidence, including all the witnesses, the cops' testimony, and everything else, brought out and made public under oath.

Did Zimmerman "stalk" Trayvon? Did Z attack him? Let's see what's brought out in court.

Did Trayvon attack Zimmerman, knock him down, and beat him? Let's see what's brought out in court.

The country has been so (carefully and deliberately) riled and inflamed, that full public hearings are the only way I can see, to clear the air.

Not sure what Zimmerman can be charged with. Murder? Manslaughter? Discharging a firearm in city limits? Messing up the grass near a public sidewalk with the back of his head?

But full PUBLIC hearings, televised, should be held; all evidence and testimony made public; and a verdict rendered by a jury of his peers.
