I used to get the same briefing in Ft. Benning, Ga. For what, i don't know. I always had enough wits about me to know where i was at all times. Agree. My uncle is stationed at Ft. Campbell, KY and says the same thing. Usually the area right around the bases are fine, it is once you get father away from the bases the potential for trouble goes up in the more rural states.

A bar I worked at in Georgia didn't want black patrons going there. Blacks weren't banned, but their advertisements were very biased towards attracting a white crowd because of the bad tipping practices that black customers tend to display.
