A duly constituted Congressional panel has requested to speak to a material witness in an ongoing investigation. The witness himself has indicated through his attorney that he’s willing to testify under oath. So what could possibly go wrong? Well, in this White House … plenty. The House Oversight Committee has requested that the Obama administration make former National Security staffer Kevin O’Reilly available for testimony to explain a series of e-mail exchanges in Operation Fast and Furious in order to determine just how far up the chain knowledge of the operation went in the Obama administration. The White House has refused to make him available, even though O’Reilly has already agreed to testify, and that has Rep. Jason Chaffetz angry:

Say, remember when this was going to be the most open and transparent administration in American history? Good times, good times. Presumably, the White House would have no problem arranging O’Reilly’s testimony if he had nothing important to say. The person on the other end of the e-mail conversation, Frank Newell, got a sudden case of amnesia about the import of these exchanges when he testified, and if that’s all O’Reilly has to add, it would be foolish for the White House to block access to him. Intervening in this manner looks very suspicious indeed, and the longer the White House fights over O’Reilly, the more it looks like O’Reilly might have something very, very interesting to add to the Fast & Furious investigation.

Thank God this administration is going to be fired in seven short months.

Default The smoking (and missing) third gun......

The Third Gun | Washington Free Beacon

Quote:
Two weapons connected to Fast and Furious were discovered at the murder scene of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, who was gunned down in the Southern Arizona desert in 2010 by five criminals armed with AK-47s.

However, Pavlich asserts there was a third gun. The book details three separate pieces of evidence that point to a third weapon being recovered and then covered up by the FBI and the Justice Department.

Border Patrol agents, who have since been issued gag orders, were overheard at Terry’s funeral discussing the third gun.

“The idea that the border patrol agents were issued gag orders and not allowed to talk about this is very telling,” Pavlich said in an interview with the Free Beacon.

An email sent less than 12 hours after Terry’s death also mentioned the weapon.

Finally, an audio recording of a discussion between Andre Howard, owner of Lone Wolf Trading Company, and ATF agent Hope MacAllister also references a third gun.

Transparency was the word that both Obama and Pelosi used and it has been nothing but the opposite ever since the Coronation of Prince Barack.

At the very least, this trail leads to Holder. You don't do something as big as this without the knowledge of the USAG. No fed is going to hang himself out to dry making a rogue decision like that. Will it come back to bite him? Eventually it will. The only question is whether it will in time.

Nothing will come of this. Congress has no intention of pulling back the curtain and allowing the citizens of the USA to see the levels of corruption within the highest federal agencies charged with law enforcement (DOJ, DEA, BATFE as well as possibly DHS & ICE). Those sworn to uphold and defend the US Constitution used their federal offices to actively work to undermine it. They are, the enemy within and their obstruction of justice in coming forth with information proves their deception.

Congress doesn't want Americans to see that much of her wealth may be coming from the laundering of drug money be it from cartels south of the border or the heroin trade via Afghanistan's poppy fields guarded by US troops. They don't want Americans at large to see the illegal cooperation between federal agencies and big banks in this scheme.

The guns & grenades illegally run across our border by BATFE during Operation Fast & Furious will be used for decades to come in the killing of law enforcement agents and innocent civilians alike on both sides of the US/Mexican border. It is not unlikely that same illegally traffiked arms by Eric Holder's DOJ/BATFE have or will fall into the hands of terrorists working with the drug cartels and coming over our borders.

The enemy has been armed and it is, IMO, and act of Treason as defined by our Constitution.

You left off the possibility of the POTUS.

Holder knew everything. He's in big trouble if the right people can get a hold of him.

He's already gotten away with plenty. But when you have the administration at your back, you feel like you can get away with a lot.

It would be fun to see him going to jail now. But, we'll probably just have to settle with Obama losing in November, and all of the fantasy team returning to Chicago. Valerie Jarrett can arrange it.

I didn't leave him out. Three is no need to mention him a his fingerprints are all over this. However, as long as Holder continues to mislead the Congressional Oversite & Reform hearings he will continue to cover for Obama just as he covered for Reno and Clinton for the Waco and OKC disasters.

If there is one thing Holder knows how to do, it is to cover for his superiors.
