not hard to believe. there's a vacant house right next door that gets a mow crew every month or so in the summer. unfortunately the new bank owners forgot to have the water turned off last fall so the pipes broke and the basement was holding 5 feet of water for weeks, so i don't see anyone being dumb enough to ever buy the place anyway

GOOD!

A. It makes Repugs mad.

B. It gives lots of people JOBS, which makes Repugs mad.

C. It keeps neighborhoods looking good helping to keep up property values...which makes Repugs mad.

D. It makes homes look more saleable which helps the economy... ...which makes Repugs mad.


Sounds like a win-win situation to me!!!
