Major Props

Quote:

Add saving a woman from a fire to Cory Booker's long list of accomplishments: The second-term mayor of Newark, N.J. rescued one of his constituents from a house fire Thursday, suffering smoke inhalation and second-degree burns on his hand.
Booker, one of the main subjects of the Sundance Channel's excellent "Brick City," shook off members of his security detail who tried to keep him from entering the building. They had been helping rescue people before Booker arrived.

I like Cory Booker. He is of course the mayor of Newark which is no easy job and he as a politician doesn't have bias baggage . He is a democrat but he speaks to solve problems and one couldn't tell what party he is from. I only wish Barack Obama had the traits of Cory Booker. Mayor Booker is a very decent kind of guy , down to earth and works for ALL people.

Booker seems to be a genuine good guy that really wants to bring Newark back to its former glory. I hope he does it.
