When dealing with an "ally" who attacks your ships and kills members of its crew; conspires to have a U.S. citizen steal its national secrets; is recalcitrant to settle the most pernicious issue in the middle east despite the efforts of a string of American administrations; sells our military technology to one of our potential enemies; attempts to force us into another conflict in the region; takes billions of dollars in foreign aid; and after that attempts to interject itself into our elections... not getting invited to lunch isn't something that I am going to lose sleep over. And I dare say that there are a number of conservatives who share that opinion.

First there is a great deal of debate over the whether or not a meeting was actually requested or whether that request was denied, the facts neither you or I are privy to. But to answer your question I chose to stipulate to the premiss that you've put forth and set forth a valid rational for the administrations actions if it is indeed true that Mr. Netanyahu request was turned down.

How utterly NOT surprising that you never bothered to take any time to research the photo.
