Actually... Obama with a GOP controlled Congress = The Mother of All Fantastic Outcomes for Right Wing America. That you disagree, says more about your racial politics than your sage and cogent interpretation of Obama's political acumen.

This election will be close. Obama will win if the economy continues to improve, if he gets below 8% its over. If something happens and unemployment goes up to 9% repubs win, if it stays the same it is all about what happens in the big swing states. Money isn't going to matter obama already gets bashed so whats the difference? Romney hasn't really been tested yet, his opponents were broke and they just fought over who was more conservative. They can't use obamacare as effectively with romney, and obama will use his moderate record against him, something santorum and crew didn't do well. Obama will say well you voted for that to...the only thing romney has is current events.

Gallup has Romney beating Obama already.

Gallup poll has Romney slightly ahead of Obama - Washington Times

Everyone knows the unemployment numbers are meaningless because so many people have been out of work for so long that millions are no longer counted. The fact that few jobs are available and wages continue to slide will be Mr Obama's downfall as we head into November.

I always hear that argument, doesn't make much sense. The formula is the same now as it has always been. The people who have "given up" would do the same in any economy and the same would be true. I don't see any other number being reported by a reputable source. All I know is the people around me who weren't working from 2008 to 2011 are now working. I only have one friend who is unemployed and thats because he got fired.

You have a mighty different story then i. Since Obama has been in office, i now know 19 familes who have suffered at his hand, losing jobs, and some also their homes. A sad Christmas for some, who have little children, and lost their homes.
Save it, these people had decent paying jobs and so many on these jobs for over 20 years, now that job is gone, could be you. All had great jobs.
Save your excuses, this is since Obama has been in office. Last week a nurse i know was let go, a nurse mind you a freaking nurse.
No things are not the same, many businessess that were standing 4 years ago, have now closed are going to close, or close a portion of stores.
Housing is the worse criris since Obama took office, and no where in sight going to be getting any better.
Values are down on housing, and so many people have lost what value they had in their homes, due to the thousands and thousands of bank owned properties.
A booming economy, trust me you would know it, because people would be working. This administration manufactures the numbers, because those who have been out of work, and given up, are not counted, and there are so many unemployed.

FYI people have not given up, they were either let go early as in a early retirement, or fired. That is a bit different then your they have given up, my a-- they lost their jobs.
Paint the picture you want, most people believe in what they can see, people only have to look around, and they know, things are not the same you can't your problem not ours!
This sure the hell ain't Hope n' Change, infact the only hope for us now, is getting him the hell out of office.

Wow, only 10 posts until pulling h race card. We are in for a doozy of an election season. That silliness will not silence those who know what an abysmal failure Obama is.

Guess what! They have to use the race card! why because they ain't got nothing else?
Going to talk about a failing economy,
worse housing slump ever no ending in sight,
high unemployment,
highest number of bank owned properties no ending in sight
businessess some we know closing their doors, or shutting stores down in some areas, this does not happen, in a thriving booming ecnomy.
Hint in a good ecnomy, businesses thrive, don't close stores, and they hire.
I know so many people who have lost jobs and homes since Obama has been in office, it is amazing in the short time he has been in office, i know 19 families who have been effected, either by the lost of a good decent paying job, or have lost their job and their home too, that is so sad.
Under Obama he owns this.
Infact the latest victim, last week a nurse, a freaking nurse mind you.

But that is the problem isn't it? Voters are left with a choice of who is the least bad candidate and not really who is the best candidate.
