Well...put it this way, i'm not so arrogant as to think that this whole universe was made in the interest of Humans. LOL...no way. I mean, we're just the most intelligent animals on THIS planet. No more, no less.
So using us as a template, i believe that the life forms on other planets are just as stupid and pathetic as we are. They'll never make it here in the forseeable future just like we can't make it to where they are for another thousand years, if ever.
This narrative of alien life forms being so intelligent is the stuff of science fiction writers for the purposes of entertainment. There is no reason to think they're anymore intelligent than we are.
Wholeheartedly agree. There is no superatural being that will save us. Nor will there some sort of alien intervention. I believe it likely there is other life out there, but it is it intelligent? If it is, how intelligent? And if they are as advanced as us or even more than us, space is so vast we won't meet them anyway.
People just seem to want a savior of some sort. Some turn to a religious or supernatural savior. Some cling to the idea that an alien species is out waiting to save us. The most likely scenario is that we are all we have. No one will save us but us. We are it. There's no magic savior out there to wisk us away from all the ills we brought upon ourselves. So we need to get our act together and fix ourselves.

That's just due to the chemicals released by your brain to ease the pain of dying, they have reproduced it artificially. The truth is that nothing happens when you die. That's it. Game over. You lose.

My daughter came to me when she was in the first grade for show & tell and asked Daddy what do I do ??
I laughed and said - show the class the Red & black card trick.
Even though she was only 5; she had seen me perform this illusion many many times.
she went into school and handed a deck of cards to the teacher - Before she did that she took out two aces. A black ace and a red ace.
She put them side by side and shuffled the deck and handed it to the teacher.
She said. If you THINK a card is red - put it face down on the red pile
But If you THINK the card is black - put it face down on the black pile
YOU CAN DEAL IN ANY ORDER YOU WANT AS MANY AS YOU WANT IN EITHER PILE - just deal them any way you want.
The teacher held the deck the entire time. She did every move herself.
when they were finished the cards were simply turned over and every single card was correct! The class went nutz
That teacher was calling me up @ home for two weeks ! How did she do that ?? I said she didn't - she handed you the deck and you did it all yourself
The teacher replied Yes I know - but when I try it at home it doesn't work!!!
