Wouldn't the Governors of these states have some responsibility in their States Economic issues? Just wondering?

I would say yes they do.

The governors of the blue states acting on obama's marching orders implament obama's policies in their states and it tanks their states economies.

The governors of the red states tell obama and his polices to take a hike their states economies are doing better.

Blues states with Conservative Governors are not fairing any better. Red states with Conservative Governors aren't fairing any better even while reaping the benefits of the Blue States.
