This article about a recent Obama graph showing what he has done in the natural gas area points out just how foolish they can be when they try. It is so humorous as to even sway the thinking of left leaners.

I find this quote particularly informative:

Quote:
Much of the ramp-up in production is in the shale gas plays: the Barnett of Texas, the Haynesville of Louisiana, the Woodford of Oklahoma, the Fayetteville of Arkansas, the Marcellus of Pennsylvania and West Virginia, the Eagleford of Texas. All of them are on private, not Federal lands, and under the jurisdiction of state, not Federal, regulatory bodies.
That doesn't stop Obama for taking credit for something which he had absolutely nothing to do with. What a tool.

Why shouldn't he take credit, he gets blamed by righties for everything bad that happens even if he had absolutely no control over the situation.

Only a fool would try to take credit for a rising graph that has the same shape in 2005 and none of it is on federal ground. Of course, maybe he does't know how much federal ground sits on our real oil and gas wealth. I wonder if he doesn't know about that. Maybe his Secretary of the Interior should inform him a bit about things like that.

Would this be like his newfound support for same sex marriages? He has been declared a saint by Newsweek for that.

Roy, I have no doubt that both Presidential nominees will cook up numbers to help their campaign. I can supply Romney's examples if you can't use google.

But please, don't just focus on the lefts idiocy, why not post a thread from time to time suggesting how the right is just as idiotic, because they are. Sad thing is, I know that you know this.

One of the family members I am staying with (temporarily, moving), said that a vote for anyone other then Romney is a vote for Obama. Don't be that stupid.
