Taxpayers' money used on bailing the banks out
Taxpayers' money used on funding two wars overseas
Deficit skyrocketed
Patriot Act (probably the biggest involvement of the Government in people's privacy since the Red Scare of the 50's)

so what?

TARP wasn't even thought about or put in place until Bush was at the very end of his term. Also, there wasn't a Commie as the POTUS at that point.

No it wouldn't have. The fact that it didn't start up when his Drug Prescription bill passed is proof of that. So is the 600 million dollar Baghdad embassy. The coupl'a trillion on wars...and the fact that the wars weren't winnable. And do i need to mention the Patriot Act? Apparently so. The Tea Party is the Republican Party. Same thing...different name. And Repubs didn't give a damn about what Bush did. They only care if they're being screwed by Democrats.

So this nonsense that if Bush would've continued on his same path in a mythical 3rd term, he would've spawned a Tea Party movement is poppycock at it's finest. It would've never happened. The Tea Party is a reaction to Obama waking up in the morning...nothing more, nothing less.

Everything you mentioned had to go through and get approved by a DEM Congress. You realize that don't you ?

And you post about just ONE party ?

The OP asked about ONE PARTY!!! The Tea Party. What party controlled Congress at the time is irrelevant here. He's asking why didn't the Tea Party spring up during the Bush administration seeing as how he passed bad legislation, spent like a sailor, and led two unwinnable wars.

And i answered him back with my honest (and correct) assessment. You don't like my answer, which is fine by me. But that has nothing to do with me...that's your problem.
