H.R. 3200 section 2521, Pg. 1001, paragraph 1.
The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘is or has been used in or on a patient; ‘‘and is— ‘‘a class III device; or ‘‘a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.”

What exactly is a class II device that is implantable? As you saw earlier, it is the device approved by the FDA in 2004.

http://www.fda.gov/downloads/Medical...tionandGuid…

A class II implantable device is an “implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.” The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as “claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.”
Hey, where did you park your space ship??

They have animals that have bled out from insertion and appear to have developed tumors from the microwave exposure to surrounding tissue. I will pass on injecting these into anyone I care about. No Thanks.

Awesome,

All we need to do is find whatever the government is pushing, and if it creates cancer -- INVEST!!!

RFID VeriChip the only approved (by the FDA) chip for human implantation... causes cancer!
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...00997_pf.html/

The chairman of Applied Digital Solutions, the VeriChip maker, refuses to be chipped himself.

The AIS used in airports may subject humans to as much as 500x the radiation of a regular x-ray. They were rushed through approval. "The TSA continues to insist that the ionizing radiation emitted from its backscatter X-ray naked body scanner is minimal, and that individuals are exposed to far more background radiation every single day just living their normal lives."

You doubled your money on a cancer causing government backscratch.

Might want to jump off that equity before lawsuits begin; and they will.

I think you might want to start with self. Your OP speaks aloud of your comprehension, your vulnerabilities, and not in a good way.

That's how I see it too. This is not a mandate to have one implanted, but when the time comes, should you have one, it will be monitored. It will amount to a personal GPS.

The clause that has been quoted does not spell out which devices, which means the list is wide open for additions that come down the pike. Obamacare is so loosely written that those who expand it into regulation language will make sure to leave room for additions.

Rest easy. It'll be a while yet. And don't be surprised when it becomes a reality for very good-sounding reasons. There is already talk about implants in children and the elderly who have conditions that might cause them to wander and/or get lost.

There is a lot that the bill does mandate - such as direct, full government access 24/7 to all your financial accounts - but that's for another topic.

I highly doubt there will ever be any kind of a "chip" installed. The best and most accurate technology is to retinal scans at birth. Someday you will walk into a Dept store and there will be no cashiers. You will just take what you want and leave. Your retina will be scanned as soon as you walk in the store and everything you do will be input into the computer. Everything about you will be stored with your retina signature which is impossible to duplicate. Most fraud and identity theft will be eliminated and most certainly cash will go away.
