I'm getting sick of the nonsense both sides are spewing. I thought the goal of Americans was to make America better. All I see are people posting partisan nonsense as if their side is righteous. Anyone who takes a partisan side is nothing more than a drone, period.

With that fact stated, which politician would you trust at this point, and why?

I'd have to say Rand Paul. He was one of the few to vote nay on the NDAA

13 senators voted NO, the rest don't give a sh%T about due process.

The 13 senators who voted against the bill were
Dick Durbin (D-Ill.),
Ben Cardin (D-Md.),
Al Franken (D-Minn.),
Tom Harkin (D-Iowa),
Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.),
Ron Wyden (D-Ore.),
Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.),
Jim Risch (R-Idaho),
Rand Paul (R-Ky.),
Mike Lee (R-Utah),
Jim DeMint (R-S.C.),
Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) and
Tom Coburn (R-Okla.)

The last of the Americans in the senate.

What is defective in sections 1031-1033, that cover Habeus Corpus and due process?
