All the signs I am seeing are positive. The house across the street just sold for 5k over the asking price in 3 days. There are a lot of positive signs out there if you look.

ANd Huntsville Alabama housing stayed ruffly the same throught all this.
Nobody said good things are not happening, I just got an pretty good pay raise......but thre are worse things happening than good.
