LaBolt says that nobody from the administration ever called the penalty for not having health insurance a tax. You can watch him say that on this video and then you can hear Valerie Jarrett say that they have considered it a tax all along and will take the constitutional ruling any way they can get it. One of them is lying and this time I side with Jarrett. I would say that the CNN personage gave LaBolt just a bit of normal media leeway to escape with his lie.

Watch the LaBolt video and then click on the picture of Jarrett to hear hear story.

Well maybe it is LaBolt for sure since you can see here in transcript or from video that Verelli continually says tax and at one point says tax penalty. Maybe LaBolt just forgot what Verelli said back in March when he was talking with Ms. Obrien today.

Maybe we can throw Obama into this thing since he refuses to remember about Verelli and says they have never called the law a tax. Even though the IRS does the collecting and according to Verelli to the Court they collect it on the 1040 form on April 15. Obama says it is not a tax so I guess he is trying to tell us that the Chief Justice was completely wrong in his ruling.

This gets deeper and deeper and more lies keep coming out.

Have you heard Chris Wallace make Jack Lew, the White House Chief of Staff look so really bad? Here is a chance to see the man running in circles not at all talking about what Wallace is asking him. Also, he keeps saying that this administration has provided all those tax cuts to the middle class and this year mom and I had to pay more in income taxes than ever before and I gad paid more in estimates than usual. Lew is a flat out liar like the rest of them. Lew really tumbled over what Wallace eventually got through to him.

Lying is the core value basis of this administration.

It's believing itself in everything that it lies about as it's said in the moment.

Every response by the members of this administration has become a response to the previous lie.

Nothing gets answered and the issue never gets addressed.

It's in the book.

And loyal followers swallow it and perpetuate each lie via regurgitation.

If you are paying the federal government, it is a tax.... Period.

They can call it a fee, or a penalty, but it is still a tax when the Federal, State and Local, governments want you to pay up.

Congress has always had the authority to tax.

Where are all of them today? They must be busy on racial threads and can't drag any protective words out to work with the tax lies.
