Ruh roh! Maybe we can get lucky and get a few democrats to side with republicans in the senate as well. If not there is always after November and they take back the senate I suppose....gonna have to have a good result bc Obama isn't going to sign it and it will need to over ride his veto.I like what the states are trying to do about it nullify the whole thing.
kind of a worthless endeavor, what do they expect this vote will do?
I'm still trying to hear a Republican alternative, haven't heard one yet though.
There should not be an alternative.
You have an issue with your, um, (snicker) "health insurance" then take it up with your State's regulatory commission and State's legislators.
If you want to reform your health care system, then stop dumping the responsibility onto your employer, man-up and take responsibility yourself.
Alternatively....

End something that will destroy your country economically.

Correct. A ruling is a ruling until the Supreme Court over-turns itself, which it rarely ever does. You can count on one hand the number of times the Court has reversed itself since its inception.

That was absolutely grotesque. I had a mustardly good mind to beat them with a candlestick in the library, until they recanted.
A corporation is a person for tax purposes, only because of the way in which a corporation is legally structured.
A sole proprietor pays taxes directly. In a corporation, the profits are personal income of the partners, and the partners are taxed directly.
Ostensibly, a corporation has neither a sole proprietor, nor partners, so the corporation is taxed in lieu of any alternative, like the share-holders. That fails the logic test. Share-holders are just limited partners by a different name. Accordingly, dividends should be earned income and taxed with all other earnings, in the exact same way a partner is taxed on his proceeds from the partnership.
It's also ludicrous to suggest that a corporation is not politically represented. It most certainly is by the CEO, other chiefs, the chairman, the board members, the employees and share-holders. All vote in the interest(s) of the corporation directly or indirectly.
What this comes down to is that there are only 5 democrats that realize their votes are for the the record. This bill will not be passed and was never intended to pass. It is intended to get democrats on the record prior to the election. Obamacare is very unpopular among the masses.
Once again, repubs waste time and our money by voting on something that will never pass the Senate. Their uselessness continues. Time to vote them out.
It's shameful we're the only industrial country that does not insure its people, and the appalling callousness of people who oppose everyone having some form of basic insurance really has me wondering whether this country is a nation at all. It's turned into a barrel full of snakes.

33rd time they've voted on a measure to repeal a part, or the whole thing.

More than that are they are getting lit up like a christmas tree at the switchboards people want it repealed!
Well... useless voting is what tax dollars are meant for. As for the OP... 34 house democrats had voted against ACA in 2010, but repeal got only 5 votes?
There less Democrats there this time directly due to the original vote.
The House has been broken, or didn't you get the message?
Republicans sat on the health care crisis during Bush's 8 years. Pubs don't have a solution, never did. Opposing Obama just because, doesn't get it done.
"Ideological purity does NOT solve problems" - President Obama
kind of a worthless endeavor, what do they expect this vote will do?
Are you serious? You really don't know?
It's a campaign ad. No more, no less.

How about focusing on the economy.
Uh, DOH! OCare is a huge, huge part of the failed economy. It's one of the biggest reasons companies aren't hiring.
Man, it gets boring having to explain this stuff.
