I think people in this country are too cautious, scare too easily, and far too riddled with emotion that is derived from the media. Ones chances of dying are far greater driving to a theatre than in a theatre. Americans fear after 911 is what gave birth to the TSA. Get out and live your lives.

Or maybe he honestly feels that way when a young person is killed. I know a lot of parents whose first reaction when they hear about the death of a child is to think of their own children.
