I have listened to this video many times today because Fox News played it more than once every hour. I had to laugh every time so I thought it might be a good idea to share it with those who shy away from Fox as you may not have seen the video. He is in full campaign mode and knows he is in trouble over the gasoline price.

"It's a bumper sticker - not a strategy." Damn straight.

Unfortunately for us all, the Republicans are true masters of political slogans. They come up with some great slogans. If only those great slogans were great policies instead.

Also unfortunately for us all, there are plenty of sheeple who like to be told how to think, and who respond very well to political slogans and 3-second soundbites.

I didn't hear President Obama say anything that I didn't agree with or that was factually incorrect. The fact that " ... Fox News played it more than once every hour ... " just confirms their policy of (what they see as) propaganda over actual news.

"Drill Baby Drill.". That was a 2008 Palin favorite, but I don't think she thought it meant something else.

I find this funny. During the Bush years Democrats did everything they could to instill the myth that the president, not market forces, controlled the price of gasoline. It worked. The left, but more importantly the great unwashed who get their poltical news from Letterman, and couldn't name their congressperson if you held a gun to their head, became convinced that the prez controlled the price at the pump.

If gas goes to $5.00/gal, as some have predicted, those millions of unwashed voters that team Obama worked so hard to get registered, are going to vote for Mitt Romney.

Barack Hussein's entire "Hope and Change" slogan is all he's got. It means whatever you want it to mean so he can never be blamed for his failures.

There's always a bunch of idiots in the world. Nothing to be done about that.

It was obvious, even during the Bush years, that speculation drives prices along with some sort of turmoil. I do personally find that my 401K does really well when gas prices are high, yet does miserably when gas prices fall. Somehow, all these things are tied together.

What did not help Bush was that his family has long-standing ties to big oil. I think many Americans felt that when it came to oil, he didn't have the best interests of the American people at heart versus his own interests. That associatation with oil and Saudi Arabia did not help his image in that light.

How about instead of mocking offer a real solution? He looks like an goof ball doing this. I know its been his way since even before taking office, mock the other side and then spout some non-sense.

1. Whos fault is it that some may be licking their chops? Yours Barrak. You have refused to allow more exploring/drilling. You turned down the pipeline. You have not done enough to help.

2. There are headlines everywhere in news. Doesnt make them true. I can find a few headlines that paint you in a bad light. Would you care to use those headlines in the same manner you used this one?

3. You are damn right we want to drill. Where the hell do you think gas come from you idiot? Keep mocking us for wanting to drill because it only looks bad on you. More Americans prefer we do so.

4. And there is more to it then just drilling yet you act like that is the only "plan" others would have. What the hell has YOUR plan been you jerk off? Corruption with solar companies? Chevy volt that people arent buying? Wind power that just isnt going to cut it? Hybrid vehicles that are already expensive and people worry about having to pay to change out the batteries?

5. And quit trying to brag about any drilling that IS going on. Because we all know you had very little to do with that.

Obama is an absolute maroon. This little speech of his is just so full of it. Unfortunately, I cant say enough how the media is complicit and lets him get away with lies. He should be called out.
