It matters not if Obama signs it. If 2/3rds of the US Senate doesn't pass a recommendation to ratify the Treaty does not apply to the USA.

Canada gun crime is mainly individual criminals and organized crime which smuggle in firearms. This is an internal problem that begs the question of why crime is increasing.

So with all the restrictive laws it seems the criminal remain un affected. how about that! pass more restrictive laws and see if that helps. Maybe the UN can step in and help Canada get its crime under control.

Of course most guns come from the 'south'. ever look at a map?

interesting no mention is made of gun smuggled from other countries and arriving by boat and plane. Bet there is a good flow form ex US as well as the US.

What was that shooting in a canadian venue the women killed in CO escaped from?
