Funny how good economic policies allows you to keep your job with a very high approval rating.

I know of a president who could learn a thing or two from Ronald Reagan...

Reagan was the teflon president partly because he did turn around the country's economic downward spiral. He also restored international respect to our nation after we had been held hostage by a bunch of thugs. I don't care if the "great communicator" had Alzheimer's, it was a redeeming era in American history.

Reagan was a uniter. He made us all proud to be Americans again. He worked well with the other party and found ways to bridge the gaps. Quite the contrast to the man in the oval office today.

At this time in Reagan's first term the economy was adding over 600,000 jobs every month. I wish Reagan would come back.

Stuff does not happen in a vacuum.

Carter had to adjust to what Nixon left. Reagan had to adjust Carter. H had to adjust Reagan. etc etc etc.

Congress holds the keys. It is time they started tending to the people's business instead of their own.

In other words, he was a leader.

Reagan raised taxes 17 times back when the GOP wasn't in the control of the crazies.
