He isn't a real bishop though, is he? He is a self-proclaimed bishop who only represents himself. He is about as credible as the four bishops I have on my chess board.

Seriously? There are many instances where God specifically commanded people to go to war with another tribe/nation.

I doubt ever finding someone engaging in wars that fails to justify it.

So genocide is okay because God said it was cool to destroy the Canaanites?

God also said Adulterer's are suppose to be put to death, but we don't do that here. That goes against Gods word. Pick and choose I guess.

Indeed. I wonder if the good Bishop allows adulterers and divorcees in his congregation because Jesus was definitely not cool with that.

Which is as big a prohibition against "freedom of religion" if I ever have seen one!

You and other so-called Christians like to use this "I don't vote for someone who doesn't hold my beliefs" BS because it helps you excuse your own lack of true belief in the principles of freedom and liberty.

If you TRULY "didn't vote for someone who believes differently than you," you would NEVER vote for a Jewish person, a MORMON, or anyone else who didn't attend church pursuant with YOUR particular sect's beliefs. You can't pick and choose which beliefs religiously you will or will not support without being called a HYPOCRITE.... and the Bible has some mighty choice words for HYPOCRITES!

Barack Obama and Romney BOTH believe that DIVORCE should be and remain legal too for anyone who want to get one. Who you gonna vote for, Sophiasmommy? Divorce (unlike gay marriage) is SPECIFICALLY spoken out against by the Bible.

"Let the Church say Amen"...That was the best 1 minute sermone I've heard in months. You know typically in a baptist churge we're in there all day. lol

Jackson, a Marine Corps veteran, graduate of Harvard Law School and adjunct professor of law, is echoing the words of Moses in a campaign to persuade Christians of all races that the time has come for a wholesale exodus of Christians from the Democrat Party.

The former candidate for U.S. Senate in Virginia points to what he calls the Democrat party’s “cult-like devotion” to abortion; the rejection of the traditional biblical model of family; the hostility hurled at those who express a Christian viewpoint such as Chick-fil-A president and Chief Operating Officer Dan Cathy; the actions of organizations such as the ACLU and the Foundation For Freedom From Religion in suing cities and towns for displaying crosses at memorials or mentioning the name Jesus in prayer at official events.
I am so glad some are waking up.
