That's my point...blacks (in my experience) don't care how whites or Asians feel personally. Be prejudiced...i really don't give a damn. But in interpersonal dealings, keep it to yourself and don't let it manifest itself, or there's gonna be a problem. I'm not concerned with personal prejudices. Not my business.
Besides, isn't that how it's supposed to work? You're supposed to be polite and show respect. That's always been my personal policy no matter who i'm dealing with. As long as we all do that, there will be few problems.
Most Asians despite their true feelings know how to mind their business and keep their personal feelings personal.
The "openly" disdainful part... most whites these days keep their prejudice to themselves, expressed only among other whites. (Same thing black people usually do re their own prejudices).
Other minorities (outside the historical black/white experience in America) have been doing the same for decades, more covertly.
What else is, "marry another Asian," or "marry another Colombian," "marry an Indian" or even, "marry a Jew" other than a covert way of saying, "stick to our race?" --- we accept those sentiments as cultural nuances, when I personally view them as pretty blatant expressions of racism.
The desire of a Chinese mother to have Chinese culture and looking grandchildren is no different than that of a white American mother to have same.
There is nothing racist about wanting to marry within your own race.
Likewise, just because someone isn't willing to date other race doesn't mean that person is racist.
If blacks would stick together instead of begging for others to accept them, they would be stronger as people.
Strength in numbers.
There is nothing with sticking to one's own race(as in marrying).
Nada.

In the US maybe: NOT in Africa. There's lots of full on racism that freak out storm front BETWEEN different groups of Black people tho to you or I they'd be the "same".

I do think there are elements of racism in people's desires to marry/sex/procreate with only their own race (or, conversely, any but their own). We are all human beings. We need to start acting like it.
Nyanna's post don't make sense.
She talks about white racism when she repeately says that black men ignore her and talk about her negatively.
She is admitting she experiences more racism? From her own people than other races.

I always wondered about openly racist men who have sex with women of the race they hate.
(Strom Thurman) among others.
You just become a member and this is the topic that has your attention. UGH Just where did you speak to this small group of Black people who so willingly divulged their innermost heartfelt opinions? Are you sure you were an attendee?
Truth be told, other races or taught at a very early age to bow down to lighter skined people.
Chinese,Korean,Taiwanese girls and boys are taught to bring home their own race or a white person.
