As usual you don't do any research, you just post inane anti-technology drivel......
If you did look into this video you would find these people are scientists not related to Monsanto but to The Rothamsted Research program, if you have factual accredited proof otherwise please post it here....
Here are the scientists involved with this video:
J. A. PICKETT DSc, CBE, FRS (Professor)
Michael Elliott Distinguished Research Fellow and Scientific Leader of Chemical Ecology
Toby Bruce (Scientist specialising in plant-insect interactions, Team Leader)
Gia Aradottir (Insect Biology, Postdoc )
Huw Jones (Wheat Transformation, Coinvestigator)
Lesley Smart (Field Entomology)
Janet Martin (Field Entomology)
Johnathan Napier (Plant Science, Coinvestigator)
John Pickett (Chemical Ecology, Principal Investigator)
Please tell me my white sugar is not GMO. I know they talk about beet sugar, but I think we consume cane sugar.
I never really thought about butter and cheese, don't think I can live without them.
My understanding is that sugar cane is not GMO, yet.
As long as profits are to be made, the health of the people is inconsequential. Growing your own food is the only way you can be certain of what you are eating.
A new variety of sugar cane promising yield increases up to 25 percent, while being more drought-tolerant than conventional strains, is expected to be commercially available in Brazil by 2020
You know I was actually considering on doing on internet search on the "scientists" you provided to see if there was a link between them and some big Bio-agricultural corporation, but I realized what for, you'll dismiss or spin whatever I post, so why bother.

But you forget the chemtrails spreading all these secret government chemicals to inhibit/stunt plant growth.
Even if you plant your own garden(s) THEY will still get you......

Like I said, nice infomercial from Monsanto
Nice try, you said:

And I proved you wrong..... simple...
Are you so egotistical you can't admit you were wrong?
Yeah, why bother looking into it, facts and truth to you people are just an annoyance to be brushed aside.....

Most of the people I come across seem to think that GMO's are essentially nothing more than hybrids of similar fruits/vegetables.

Easy for you to say. Hoard the seeds while you can. Agenda 21 wants to make it more and more difficult for rural landowners. Take hikes, permits, inspections ad nauseum, until you give it up and move to the city where they want you. Meanwhile GMO depletes the soil of nutrients as well as the crops.

I grant you it will be more difficult in the future. And you will have to be quite determined and clever to circumvent the control mechanisms that will be placed upon us with regard to growing safe, healthy, natural foods. There will, however always be a group of people who will fight for that freedom. Remember the most important part, NATURE is on our side and she will do everything possible to provide us with what we need to survive. It's going to be a long time before they genetically modify dandelions!
