Then pay for the research to remove unwanted fetuses and have them implanted into someone else. Until that happens you have no say in what happens with a woman's body.

And what are they are going to do to determine if a woman had an abortion or miscarriage? Are we going to create a new government agency to monitor all pregnant women for 9 months? What if a woman has an ectopic pregnancy? Is she going to be sentenced to life in prison for ending it?

Doctors already know when a fetus is posing health risks to the mother. Ectopic pregnancies also are always life threatening. But in states where these anti-abortion laws are trying to be passed, every woman who has an ectopic pregnancy would be given 2 options in their state - either die from complications, or go to jail for having an emergency abortion.

Welcome to 3rd World status.

And a heartbeat is your definition of a life.

What about the motorcyclist who collides with a semi, brains spewed across the pavement, but his heart is still beating. Is he still alive? Should we just hook him up to life support, for the next 10, 20, 30, 100 years? Who pays for that? Or, with zero brain activity, can we say this person is gone?

It is god's will, dontcha know??? She can suffer the pregnancy as god graced her with his glory, and when the fetus ruptures her Fallopian tube and she begins to hemorrhage internally, she should bow her head in reverence to god's awesome grace and wait for her fate to befall her. Then, choirs of angels with haloes and trumpets will whisk her and her unformed tumor up to the clouds so she can meet her divine maker.

Preventing abortions when possible and encouraging proper sex education is something we should all do. But taking the extremist stance and saying no woman should be allowed to terminate a pregnancy no matter what the reason is evil and immoral. A developing fetus does not trump the life of the mother.
I do indeed know G-d's view on abortion (in the Talmud). And you are indeed right, if the living baby inside it's mother is a threat to her life, there are tremendous leniencies that may be taken to save the mother's life at all cost. But I fail to see how a woman, 8 weeks after she has been raped, is in any danger? Perhaps her social life may be danger. Perhaps her checkbook. But her life? Sorry, but you failed to bring me a Torah proof supporting the view that woman can abort her baby, short of that baby killing the mother who is hosting it.

Most of you are DISGUSTING HORRID PEOPLE!

Why don't some of you come out and say what's really on your mind: YOU SUPPORT THE ACT OF RAPE.

Instead of denouncing it and the politicians who make statements like that (WTF is Rape is God will?!), you choose to make rape jokes? Glad to see an act of violence is so funny around here.
