So a few posters and I have been busy on a couple threads lately about the 2nd amendment. Some have called us "fearful" "small penised" "rooted in violence" "backwoods rednecks" and on and on but that is ok you know why?

Because loads of Americans have made a clear statement in the last few days and that statement is we like our guns and don't trust Obama & co about them.It has been so much that even the major media has not been able to ignore it.This isn't 1993 where they had the media suck up with no counterbalance to their lies, the internet is everywhere now to challenge their lies.....

So if the Dems have any sort of "common sense" they will steer clear of attempting any kind of ban on any guns if they desire to stay in elected power.Because all those people that are rushing to buy guns before they are banned will be the same that vote their a$$es out of DC if they pass a ban.

So go ahead you all, call us gunowners names,it is ok.If you are against them and support the Dems banning them than LOL!Your party just put more guns in America households in a few days than normally would be bought in a year.

So what is this about only a criminal would want one of those? There must be a whole lot of criminals out there wanting them that passed a background check and filled out the paperwork.....

Here is a Brady camp email sent to their email listers that a friend of mine who is pro gun joined their email alerts to keep up on what they are up to.Good luck Brady campaign,moveon.org,PETA and the rest if your Dem friends have any sense they'll avoid you like a plaque......

Dear LBF
We Won, the NRA Lost, Now Let's Get Busy
Jim and I couldn't be more pleased and proud of what you helped make happen this week. We have a tremendous opportunity with our new leaders.
I can tell you: it hasn't been this good for quite a while!
The NRA is reeling from their election defeats. They lost in states where they spent millions on ad campaigns and endorsements. Now they are quickly re-building their war chest to fight us all the way.
You know me as a do-er. I like to make things happen — especially when it results in saving lives. And as much as I want to breathe a sigh of relief after this week's election, we need to get busy.
Please help with an immediate donation
to the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.
I don't want to lose any time getting the new Congress and the White House to move our life-saving agenda forward. Click here to donate.
I want our newly elected officials to hit the ground running as much as you do. We need the new Congress to close the gun show loophole, enact a comprehensive assault weapons ban, and stop illegal gun trafficking.
We can't wait another moment to get started on the tough work ahead.
We have many allies in Congress. More than 91 percent of Brady-endorsed candidates won their races. And President-elect Obama and Vice President-elect Biden are strong and consistent supporters of common sense gun measures.
But they need to hear from the Brady Campaign right now. Please make sensible gun laws a top priority in this new Administration.

Sincerely,

Sarah Brady, Chair

Unfortunately ammoman is one of the dealers that is gouging prices. There is a mad rush right now but it will slow down (hopefully) and prices will settle down again.I have been watching ALOT of dealers seeing who is gouging and who is not and the ones who are not will have my loyalty afterward.

Some distributors and manufactures are raising their prices also,in that case I can't blame a dealer but when I see a AR15 which sold last week for $800 now being listed at $1200 or more I'll remember who did that or not.

If you can find one now from a dealer not trying to gouge that I say go ahead but I suspect in a couple months some are going to be kicking themselves in their arse for paying $1400 for a now again $800 gun,or maybe a now $1000 gun.

I know somebody who contacted Wolf ammo and the company said there is no shortage of ammo coming in th future. Some wholesellers will be buying extra Xmas gifts for themselves this year. But anyway it is good that more Americans went and bought the kind of guns Biden,Obama and the Dems say only a criminal would want.Hope they take note that Americans voting them in wasn't about guns,it was about other issues....

yeah he is gouging a bit, but no more than anyone else. and better to have it now than not to be able to get it at all after obama becomes a quisling as potus.

Raising prices in the face of increased demand is not "gouging prices", its simple free market economics.

People that are running out buying guns etc because they think democrats are going to change the constitution (which they couldn't without republican support) are nuts.

What you bulletheads fail to realize is that you are in the minority. Most Americans support regulations on gun ownership. It's not a losing issue for Obama or Democrats.

Get over yourselves. Most Americans are not pot bellied, past their prime, bitter, paranoid gun nuts.

(Full disclosure: I'm a US Army veteran, hunter, and owner of multiple guns......it's just that my ego and self esteem are not tied up in them...LOL)

no conservative is saying that socialists are going to change the Constitution, but I do see another new and improved 600+ gun AWB on the way coming out of obama and his marxist ilk.
