I keep reading about how the old glorious Republican party managed to abolish slavery and pave the way for African-Americans to become full-fledged citizens in this nation that have any and all rights that white citizens have.
In other words, without the actions of the Republican party, we might all still be living in blissful segregation.
How do the white supremacists among you reconcile your support of the GOP with the knowledge that without the Republican party, Obama would have never stood a chance at even a decent education let alone at becoming the very president you so despise?
After all, without Republicans, there would have never been the possibility for a black person to be in the White House.
