I see nothing wrong with what she's saying. In fact, she's right. People are stupid if they put more faith in government and the media than they do in themselves, their families, their friends, and community. That can include God or not.

Palin remains a politician to this day, which makes her comments bizarre.
As an alaskan, I am not a Palin fan; however, this was one of her better pieces.
Don't put faith in politicians (which she was). I just wished she had warned alaskans of that before she quit!

Plus she finally honestly labels herself "a simpleminded person."
