Many conservatives are racist. Even more tea party members are racist.
As this nation becomes more non white, conservatives will increasingly come to hate this nation and its citizens.
They are already full of violent fantasies of a rogue tyrannical US government and roving urban youths rioting in which they'll have to defend themselves.
Go read rightwing blogs and magazines, the racial talk, the talk of violence, the anti this or that group of Americans talk, is rampant.
Conservatives don't support democracy. They don't support equality. They hate when Americans tries to improve either of those goals.
