Sure you can disagree with him but even thinking about deporting someone for speaking his mind is really stupid.
I think Piers is totally wrong in his views on guns. But, he has the right to exercise his
freedom of speech. In our great country, we have the right speak our minds (the First
Amendment), and the means to protect it (the Second Amendment).

[quote=Wayland Woman;27478449]What next, you want to deport anyone who doesn't agree with your opinion of gun control?

People of your persuasion want to stop talk radio because it doesn't jive with your world view.
Does this guy have a green card?

Why do I think he needs to go home? Well he grew up in that land that has no written constitution as we do here. They have all kinds of written papers that they consider their Constitution but nothing that is anything like ours is. In fact they have all those things that eventually led to our writing of one.

Poor Piers is making CNN the laughing stock of 24/7 tv and will destroy them totally if allowed to continue. When he goes I hope he takes Alan Dershowitz with him. Surely Dershowitz could work as a barrister there as well as here.

Here they are both howling at the moon about the US and its gun laws and being taken down by two very pretty young women.

No.

Piers has his freedom of speech.

The people listening to Piers have their freedom of speech to complain about Piers speech.

Piers has a tv show.

People have the right to not watch that show.

People have the right to complain about that show.

People have the right to launch a silly petition at petitions.WhiteHouse.gov to have Piers deported.

Government won't deport Piers, guaranteed.

25000 plus Americans signed the petition to have the Death Star be built...

People have their knickers in a knot over a CNN host.

Are you really naive enough to believe that in the homicidal rage it took

her neck. It might have been more difficult to kill himself without the gun.
but then the state would be supporting him for the next sixty-something years.

New Petition: Deport CNN's Piers Morgan

And the quirky White House petitions continue. The latest request submitted to the White House's "We the People" website: an effort to get British CNN host Piers Morgan deported "immediately" for "attacking [the] 2nd amendment." More than 31,500 people have signed the petition thus far, ostensibly angered by the host's call for tighter gun control. The AP reports that last week he called a gun advocate appearing on Piers Morgan Tonight an "unbelievably stupid man."

I predict your petition will be as successful as the one demanding Tennessee secede from the Union.

I am against guns and still can't stand Piers Morgan. He has an irritating personality and I don't know why this network chose to bring him in Larry King's place. There are so many better choices.
And, there is really no need to deport Piers Morgan. Taking his mic away may be sufficient.
