Exactly! Koppel is correctly pointing out that ALL ideological news ("from the left or from the right" as he already said in the original video) is bad for America. I, as a self-described liberal, freely and openly admit that MSNBC is a left-leaning news channel which obviously pushes a left-leaning agenda. It's just as biased and the exact counterpart to Fox News... BOTH CHANNELS ARE TRASH if you really want to get unbiased news, neither are worthy of calling themseves "news."
What's hilarious (and sad) is that Fox News watchers can't possibly admit the same for Fox News.
Most of the programing on PBS is apolitical. Children watch it.
To a conservative, apolitical is the same as liberal. Unless all programming displays an obvious conservative tilt, that channel or news outlet is deemed to be an evil spawn of Satan that is attempting to push the liberal agenda and turn your kids gay.

Wow... finally someone trustworthy and objective from the middle who calls out Fox News as "ideological" news out for profit. The best part of this video comes at the VERY END where Ted calls out Bill O'Reilly as a businessman and not a journalist. When Bill O'Reilly foolishly agrees and claims that he's doing something "noble", watch how Koppel responds. Hilarious! LOL!

Right, especially that time they reported that the President and First Lady were giving each other "terrorist fist bumps" or when they broadcast that President Obama had a deep seated hatred for white people or how about the time when they told all of their bedwetting fans that Obama was going to send them to the FEMA camps.
The video is classic Fox News ideology. You will never see garbage like that on the BBC news. Jim Lehrer would never stoop to such brazen idiocy on the PBS News Hour. Not even Al Jazeera would be so idiotic.

Fox is number 1 for a reason, but most Fox Viewers also listen to other sources of news.
The real problem is most free loader voted for a hand out, and their are very few real worker out there to pay the price required to support the hand outs.

Raise the wages, raise the price of the product, The Government and Unions have grown, thank God for taxes and Union dues, as Welfare Living conditions continues to improve and the Welfare society continues to increase in numbers...We need to carry the lazy and the drunks in socitey and in the wprk place.

FOX: pretty much The Five, O'Reilly and Chris Wallace on sundays
PBS on Friday nights: Akansas this week (very liberal I will add) and McLaughlin
Meet the Press if we are not in church
Time magazine
The Week magazine
Our daily newspaper
and occassionally we watch CNN and MSNBC
CBS sometimes from 5:30 until our local news comes on.
I am sure we are not an exception..
