late to the party......

Let the NY Times begin...... We rip down the first...... They must abide the Cons as it was in 1789 and write with only a quill pen, and print with the old style press....

If they work hard they might create 100 news papers of that day... each day. Good luck with that.

When will they be giving up electricity? No one has any right to electric power.

I don't think that the writers of our Constitution ever envisioned a time when the Supreme Court would actually declare money as Speech and Corporations as People. It isn't our Constitution that has failed us, it is our Supreme Court and those traitorous elected officials who have sold our heritage in exchange for the support and fortune promised them by their special interest handlers. And, I might add, the torrent of brainwashing lies that have poured forth from the mouths of the "opinionators" who have been bought by those special interest to tear this country apart and keep us so busy fighting with one another that we don't even notice that they've stolen our country right out from under us.

Corporations were declared as people under the Marshall Court in 1819.

Trustees of Dartmouth College v. Woodard(1819)

Trustees of Dartmouth College v. Woodward

Don't try to pretend that it is a new interpretation.

This has been settled law for almost 200 years.

Liberals control our executive branch, half of our leglislative branch, and with the decision record of Justice Kennedy half of the time, more than half of our judicial branch.

How is it "better"?

Well...the definition of a "domestic enemy combatant" is where the 2nd amendment and executive orders like the Patriot Act and NDAA get the paradigm shift rolling.

Awareness is everything and with the actions of our government in modern times has transformed the Constitution into a document to hold the peoples best interests into a very arbitrary and power grabbing tool.

In other words - you can't state when American citizens whom were not enemy combatants were ever held without charge under the auspices of the Patriot Act.

Because they weren't.

I notice that you never mention that President Obama never dismantled the Patriot Act, but you sure like to blame President Bush for signing it.

Can you spell H-Y-P-O-C-R-I-T-E?
