There are many of us out there. I grew up a democrat and no longer am, and will never be EVER again. And Democrats are more brainwashed hands down.

Remember that it's us that select them and most people are willing to hear. We need to start engaging our neighbors and explaining how this reckless spending seems like a good idea, but it destroys capital that would otherwise be creating jobs. Most people think government handouts are free, explain to them how all this is paid for with new money, and new money devalues existing money. So we are being forced to paying for things.

And the worst of all is that the money is drained from savers, including seniors and producers/job creators, and funneled to the rich, the banks, political friends, etc... This is the direct cause of capital destruction in our economy which results in companies moving jobs overseas. This is what most people do not understand. More government spending = less jobs here.

I voted someone in this year and will continue to raise awareness around me. I know it's hard, but at least I will feel I've done my civic duty when the time of no return arrives. At that point, all I can do is say "I told you so".

Obama has to cut! Bottom line. Now that he got his higher taxes on every working American lets cut some of those welfare leeches expenses. They need to contribute something, anything, something or work their fair share and earn their keep.

You should be forced in front of a firing squad.... who is to say you shouldn't?
So tell me this Tea Party guy... How is drawing a line in the sand about paying our already accrued debts tyranny? How is making such a statement a sign of absolute rule? Especially since there is a devision of power in the US. You know checks and balances...
