I say 99% of them are dangerous and evil.

Interesting that in most cases, the issue the authors have with those government agencies is that they don't do their jobs well enough.

And I'm really not sure why the EPA should concern itself with Fukushima, which is, like, in a totally different country across a very big ocean.

That is the problem. When the government is no longer accountable to the people, then the stage is ripe for tyranny.

These agencies are squandering the taxpayer's money - that is a clear sign of nonaccountability.

And yet the preferred right-wing solution -- getting rid of those agencies entirely, except the DoD -- would result in even more necessary stuff not getting done. All in the name of ideology.

What is neccesary about these three departments - Energy, Education, and ... oops?

It's not the EPA - but that should go too.
