That video is only a fraction of the morons who can go out, legally purchase any weapon they want, beat their chest about how awesome they and their gun are, and put thinking Americans at risk because of their extreme stupidity, carelessness, and possession of firearms.

What's the solution to mitigate these risks? More guns!

The paranoid gun-haters are always trying to make normal people believe that since a relatively few people make mistakes and do dumb things, that means that all people must be stripped of their right to defend themselves.

They make the same argument, of course, in favor of expanding government everywhere, into all parts of normal people's personal lives. As though government (composed of the same fault-prone people OR WORSE) were any better at runnig their lives than normal people are.

This "If it ain't perfect then it ain't [MOD CUT] attitude is one of the more obvious falsehoods they use to try to get people to turn their responsibilities and decisions over to others.

If making mistakes were the criteria we had to go by to evaluate whether a certain group should be the one making decisionn for us, government would come in dead last. Not to mention govt's tendency, after trying programs that abject fail (such as gun bans, magazine restrictions etc.), to merely try the same programs over and over in hopes of getting a different result later.

And let's not hide the fact that ..

The five worst mass killings, where a firearm was used, have a common thread. Hint #1: They didn’t belong to the NRA. They don’t fit the stereotype of the “red-neck†gun owner.

Ft Hood: Registered Democrat/Muslim.
Columbine: Too young to vote; both families were registered Democrats and progressive liberals.
Virginia Tech: Wrote hate mail to President Bush and to his staff.
Colorado Theater: Registered Democrat; staff worker on the Obama campaign; Occupy Wall Street participant; progressive liberal.
Connecticut School Shooter: Registered Democrat; hated Christians.

Common thread is that all of these shooters were progressive liberal Democrats.

Also, of the worst killings in the last several decades, only one was a female, all the rest were boys, barely men. Their role models were rappers, action movies, comics and violent video games.

Our problem isn’t weapons, it’s boys without boundaries. Who live in ‘progressive’ households.

I believe there are at least four Palins in that video. Can someone verify that?

What would you say is this median intelligence quotient of Americans who own more than ten guns?

And don't forget the federal employees in the armed forces, either. The standards are even lower there.

Hey kids, have you ever noticed that some of the same folks who regularly decry the sheer number of stupid people are the same ones who will defend the rights of the masses of the stupid to have an absolute right to carry loaded weapons?

I don't trust 80% of you behind the wheel of a car, why in the world should I trust you with a loaded weapon in a crowded movie theater? You can't handle merging onto a four-lane highway or a four-way stop, yet you're equipped to decide the proper response when shots are fired? Right...
