As white male incomes have been declining, white females are outeducating white men, and more and more white men are un(der)educated, white men cannot be getting more desirable as marriage partners, and more likely are declining in desirability.
In terms of actual recorded marriages (by the census), black women are currently least likely to marry interracially than any other group in the U.S. However, more and more educated black women are electing to marry based on compatibility and not based on race.

Your graph is from 2008, however the data used in the ABC link is from the 2010 census. I'm kind of amazed that you didn't know that black women in the U.S. are least likely to date or marry interracially. This number is however changing, so I imagine that in another decade, this will no longer be the case.
What I mean is, Although black women as a group overwhelmingly prefer and marry black men, college educated black women tend to want someone on their level. If you look at black american women that are college educated you might find that 30% that do marry, marry out vs the 9% for the group.
It has said the interracial marriage with white women is likely to end in divorce. Well any relationship/marriage with those women, even if the husband is white, is more determined to fail.
Not true, wm and bf are the most stable of all couplings in the USA. The divorce rate was significantly less than 50%.

That's what I said. Any marriage or relationship with a WF, regardless of what race the man is, is determined to fail and it's not necessarily the man's fault.

Are you saying that there are not enough college-educated black men for the college-educated black women to marry? I would assume that black men and women go to college in the same proportion about 50/50.

Last I heard bw outnumber bm at college and half of bm drop out of high school. I have no idea how many bw drop out.
