Current doctors will take early retirement or move to a more lucrative country to provide medical care to the "elite" who can pay cash.
New doctors will have to settle for a used Lexus and a townhouse instead of a new Mercedes and a McMansion. They will go to a cheaper Med School because attending an elite school will be a waste of money if they cannot make enough to repay the loans.
My doctor moved to the USA from Canada 20 years ago. He will retire at the end of this year due to Obama-care. A very nice and very qualified doctor. It is sad to see a person that worked so hard to become a doctor being forced out of his profession.

OR, they refuse to accept insurance, or require you to pay cash up front, and you can file for re-imbursement with your insurance, an you collect whatever they pay.
Remember, Doctors do NOT have to accept insurance.
