Nope, just make sure that due process standards have been met.

Because it would be conservatives and that is ok with them.

"Sworn enemies" by presidential deemation?

I was once deemonized by the Government.

I don't want to get into my case, but I was deemed a terrorist by a low level Executive Branch employee.

Only way to find out is to shoot first and answer questions later.

How can a lawmaker know what's in a bill without passing it into law first?

It's the Pelosi Doctrine.

Well if we all get put on a list, I want the "No Fly List" as opposed to the "Kill on Sight" list, ok ?

Yes!

Especially when you have elected officials declaring that certain groups based solely on the fact they have a different political views are terrorists and nazi's and when you have members of that party further declaring they should be killed.

It was bad enough when they argued that they could kill American citizens overseas without and sort of due process but to argue that applies here?

Simply incredible and people wonder why many want to remain armed.
if a police office can shoot and kill you, then "No" wouldnt be the right answer, it would be a lie.

In context here "no" would still be the correct answer. A police officer can not target someone for death.

I didn't realize this was limited not just to US cicitzens but to US soil, my bad.

Of course US citizens on US soil should receive due process.

But, if they move to a hostile state like Yemen, swear war on the US, and can't be extradited and given due process? What then?

BTW Chief, gitmo IS US soil so I imagine you were among those calling for swift trials of the detainees, you know, due process, eh?
