My home state Massachusetts is second...God its so depressing to see this state become such a liberal turd... The only good thing I can say politically about this state is that murdering drunk Ted Kennedy is no longer around..

Poll: Ala. most conservative state; Mass. most liberal

"What about famously "liberal" California? In the Golden State, it trended reddish-purple: 36.1% moderate, 33.2% conservative and 26.9% liberal."

And a bunch of RWNJ heads just exploded.

California votes consistently Democrat because its a majority-minority state. If Texas ever goes blue it will be for that reason, not because of hipsters in Austin. If Republicans ever gain ground with minorities, especially Latinos and Asians, California could become a swing state. California happens to be home to Hollywood, the most left-wing city in the nation San Francisco, as well as UC Berkeley, which are both so far left its outside the mainstream, giving the state its extremely liberal reputation.

Massachusetts is a beautiful state, liberal politics aside. There are conservatives that enjoy living in places like Boston and San Francisco because they love those places despite their political views.
