How would she find me? And how would she know that it was I who impregnated her? And what makes you think that this would be the first time that this has happened to her and that she's hasn't resorted to abortion before?

A woman would have a getting a another woman pregnant is much less common case, and even if the attempt was successful, the child would not be biologically hers.
Also, I thought the pro-life argument is generally due to morality, and is often backed by religious texts. Not that many of the dominant religions would promote prostitution, I would assume.
Actually, there is a grey area where there are no neuron cells, just dna acting itself out. Only after the neurons have develop, do the neurons (the person) begin to take control of the body. But before that, the dna is in control, the same way a virus is in control of a host cell.
